I've never used a reformer. Can I join?
Yes. Classes are small, and your instructor sets you up on the machine and adjusts each exercise to your level. Arrive about 10 minutes early for your first class.
Are classes taught in English?
Yes. Our instructors and front desk speak English.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes. We have personal lockers and fresh towels for you.
When does my pass start?
Your pass is activated when you buy it. Most guests buy at the studio on their first visit, so the 7 or 14 days start then.
We're travelling together. Can we book the same class?
Yes. Tell us how many of you are coming and we'll book you into the same class.
Why a sauna in Saigon's heat?
The studio is air-conditioned. After class, 30 minutes of dry heat is a chance to slow down before you head back out into the city.
How do I pay?
In VND, by card, bank transfer or cash at the studio.
What if my plans change?
Message us at least 12 hours before your class and we'll move it, free.
