Most people come to Pilates because the body is speaking up: neck and shoulders after eight hours at a screen, lower back after childbirth, a knee after running too hard. Those spots should not be treated by repeating the wrong movement thirty more times.
KHI keeps classes at six people at most so the instructor has time to watch, correct and remember each student's progress. That is the core of the model.
When the energy within is opened and balanced, the body returns to a more natural state: calm, whole and full of life. KHI was created to do exactly that — restore energy, ease the mind and strengthen the body through intentional movement and deep breathing.
Life Realigns When KHI Aligns.
Once a class reaches six, KHI closes it. Adding a seventh would take away the very thing students pay for: close attention.
Sessions are arranged around when you are free, not forced into a rigid timetable. When needed, KHI can open a new time slot to fit a student's schedule.
Before you train, KHI checks your posture and listens to where it hurts. The programme is written after that observation, not before.
