A KHI coach adjusting a student's form
Trial session

Try one session.
Then decide.

You don't need to know Pilates before coming to KHI. Your first session has a coach and a Body Check to look at your posture and how your body moves — then you decide whether to continue.

Reserve a trial

Just leave your details. KHI will get in touch to ask a little about your current condition and arrange a suitable session.

Three things will happen

KHI calls back

During opening hours, KHI will ask a little about your current condition, what you'd like to improve and a time that works for you. Then the studio helps you choose a suitable trial session.

Your first session has a Body Check

Arrive about 10 minutes early. The coach looks at your posture and how your body moves before starting the workout.

Try, then decide

After the trial, you decide whether to continue. No need to decide right there at the studio. KHI won't call to bother you if you're not ready to continue.

Need to schedule today?

If you want to ask about open slots or need quick advice, messaging Zalo or calling directly is faster than the form.

Why newcomers tend to stay

Because at KHI, you don't need to know Pilates first.

Private with a coach one-on-one throughout the session

The first session doesn't rush into training

Before you begin, the coach looks at how you stand, move and the areas your body needs attention. From there, the session is adjusted to you rather than starting with one routine for everyone.

Six per class, so the coach still has time for you

Classes are kept to a maximum of six people. You still get the feel of a group class, but the coach has enough time to watch and adjust your movements when needed.

Try first, then decide

Just experience one session first to see whether the way of training, the coach and the space at KHI suit you. Want to continue — we go on. If not, that's fine too.

Common questions

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable, well-fitting workout clothes and grip socks. If you don't have grip socks, KHI sells them at the studio.

Is it okay if I've never done Pilates?

Yes. You don't need any prior knowledge or technique. The first session starts from basic movements and always has a coach guiding you.

How long is the trial?

About 60 minutes, including roughly 10 minutes of Body Check at the start. Come a little early so you have time to prepare and start comfortably.

Another question?

Message Zalo 0764 980 988. KHI replies during opening hours, usually within a few minutes.
