I have never done Barre or Pilates. Can I keep up?
Yes. The pass is made for beginners too. Classes have up to 10 people, and the instructor guides and watches each person.
Is Barre the same as ballet?
Not quite. Barre takes its inspiration from ballet, but it is a fitness class: you work at a wooden barre with small movements, and you do not need any dance experience.
Can I use the pass for Reformer classes?
No. Move Unlimited covers Barre and Pilates Mat classes only. Reformer classes are not included.
When do the 30 days start?
On the day you buy the pass.
